I am a serving police officer with Hertfordshire Constabulary.  I joined in 1991 and I have spent all my service in the same force.  I currently have a county role shaping and supporting neighbourhood and rural policing.  I am completing this learning on my own in support of my role to review neighbourhood policing, specifically engagement to set local priorities and to ensure public involvement in our problem solving.
