Hi – I am Dr Andrew Fisher, I am a retired Police Superintendent having served in Merseyside Police for 30 years

I am the Lead Associate for Community Safety for MutualGain and I have worked with them for over four years. I have both written and delivered training programmes and enjoy delivering the training with various police, local authority and neighbourhood teams .
I attained a first class honours degree in Police Leadership and Management and a doctorate in Policing, Security and Community Safety at London Metropolitan University. I am is also a Research Fellow at Liverpool John Moore’s University and Associate Lecturer at Liverpool Hope University (MA in Police Leadership).

In my spare time I enjoy cycling and going to watch Everton (no comments) where I am a season ticket holder.
